Our Process

BRIEFING: Our inquiry form helps us to understand your needs. You can download it here.
CONFIRMATION: We’ll confirm your request and get in touch if we have any questions
BRAINSTORM: Our team will gather ideas to create your unique incentive experience.
PROPOSAL: We’ll send you our best proposal by email (including detailed calculation) or present this to you over a video conference call.
FOLLOW UP: We’ll schedule a follow up call to discuss questions you might have and then further tailor the proposed program to your liking/budget.
SITE INSPECTION (optional): Your Program Manager can plan a site inspection if desired. This allows you to inspect the destination and program elements beforehand.
BOOKING: We’ll send you the agreement to sign, arrange financial transfers, and will put holds on hotel rooms, restaurants, venues, excursions, transportation and staff.

EXECUTE: We advise to have a dedicated Program Manager (or team) on-site during the course of your incentive program to oversee a smooth experience and manage any additional requests.
